Tanya’s Home is currently providing free outreach support to mothers who need guidance, advocacy, and assistance in navigating recovery, child protection, and essential services. If you need support, reach out today.
We are also accepting expressions of interest for an online peer support group. If four or more mothers join the waitlist, we will begin offering online sessions.
Case Management – Helping mothers navigate services, develop individualised support plans, and access resources for stability and long-term recovery.
Counselling – One-on-one emotional support for mothers dealing with trauma, addiction, and mental health challenges.
Advocacy & Court Support – Providing emotional support for mothers involved in child protection and family law matters, including guidance and referrals to legal services.
Practical Support & Referrals – Assisting mothers in accessing housing services, financial aid, Centrelink, and other essential community programs.
Online Peer Support Group (If Enough Interest) – If four or more mothers join the waitlist, we will start online peer support sessions before launching in-person groups.
While we continue to secure funding, Tanya’s Home is working towards offering the following programs:
Residential Rehabilitation Program – A safe, structured environment focused on recovery and reunification for mothers who have lost custody.
Day Program – Flexible support for mothers who still have custody or are unable to relocate for residential services.
In-Person Peer Support Groups – Community-focused support for mothers in recovery.
If you are interested in these services, add your details to our waitlist, and we will contact you when they become available.
