Tanya’s Home is currently providing free outreach support to mothers who need guidance, advocacy, and assistance in navigating recovery, child protection, and essential services. If you need support, reach out today.
We are also accepting expressions of interest for an online peer support group. If four or more mothers join the waitlist, we will begin offering online sessions.
Case Management – Helping mothers navigate services, develop individualised support plans, and access resources for stability and long-term recovery.
Counselling – One-on-one emotional support for mothers dealing with trauma, addiction, and mental health challenges.
Advocacy & Court Support – Providing emotional support for mothers involved in child protection and family law matters, including guidance and referrals to legal services.
Practical Support & Referrals – Assisting mothers in accessing housing services, financial aid, Centrelink, and other essential community programs.
Peer Support Groups – Facilitated peer support groups for mothers affected by addiction, trauma, and child protection involvement, offering connection, shared understanding, and recovery focused support.
Online Peer Support Group (If Enough Interest) – If four or more mothers join the waitlist, we will start online peer support sessions before launching in-person groups.
Treatment Referrals & Coordination – Working alongside established residential rehabilitation and detox services to support mothers before treatment, during their treatment stay, and as they transition back into the community, including advocacy, case management, and child reunification support.
